Firefox is alternative to Microsoft's 'Internet Explorer' web browser. The interface is comfortable and familiar, but it has a number of other features that will enhance your internet experience.
The most notable additional feature is tabbed browsing. If you often find you have too many IE windows opened at a time then this feature is for you. You can choose to open a page in a new 'tab' in the same window, and switch to it with a single click.
